Iif your bank is located outside of the USA, our Sophio shopping cart software will decline your transaction. This is a security measure, and helps prevent fraud and credit card theft. If you have a PayPal account - then shop for your parts as usual and proceed to the checkout screen. Fill in the necessary bill to and ship to information and when you get to the payment section, click on the PayPal option. You do NOT have to enter your credit card, but if you are prompted to do so, simply type 'PAYPAL' in the credit card box and continue on to the PayPal confirmation page.
